Work from Home Freelance Jobs

Dear Readers,

Hope you all are doing awesome!

I was down the last two days as I got a root canal done. It was horrifying initially, but I am feeling better now. So thought it is the right time to write my next post :)

Thank you for all your support and likes towards my previous post 'Success Story of a Work at Home Mom'. The story was a great hit as it got nice comments, shares and likes from my readers. I will try to cover a few more success stories in future.

Today, I will share some sites where you can get paid for freelancing your skill set. It could be any skills like accounting, digital marketing, writing, designing, videos and animation, social media marketing, translation, transcription, photography, virtual assistant or any other skill set that you would possess.

You can put forth your skills and you can set a rate for the work that you can do. The customers who will require your service at the price that you have quoted will contact you through the site. If you both agree to the work, then the customer will make payment on the website and you will have to complete the job.

FiverrYou can do freelance work at Fiverr based on your skill set. You can bid for a job posted and if the customer is interested in giving the work to you, he will contact you on the Fiverr website. All gigs start from 5$. So the minimum amount that you can set for your work is 5$. You can set any amount above 5$ depending on the work to be done. You can post any number of skills that you have and bid for any number of jobs for free. Fiverr has been my favorite among all the sites that offers freelance jobs. Its user-interface is very simple and you have access to a lot of jobs.

To join Fiverr, please click here.

Freelancer - Freelancer is another site where you can upload your skill set and bid for jobs. Customers will post their job requirements and you can bid for the jobs. Freelancer has free memberships (where bids are limited) and paid memberships (where you can buy extra bids). Paid memberships have their own benefits. However, you can try it out as a free member.

Upwork - Upwork is a freelance website like Fiverr where you can fill up your profile providing details of your skills. Customer post their requirements and you can apply for the jobs. You have the freedom to work on ideal projects. You can get a lot of clients at Upwork. Clients seek a wide variety of available projects across multiple categories.

Guru - Guru is again similar to Freelancer where you can complete your profile mentioning your skill set and bid for jobs matching your skill set. As a free member, you will get 10 bids a month. You can upgrade to a paid member and get more bids.

These are a few good websites where you can freelance your work and get paid. These can become your favorite part time job to earn extra income or a full-time job. You can check out the FAQ section of all the above websites to gain more information on how each website works.

I will be updating more work from home options in my upcoming posts.
